Week 1 11/9 — Listening to Your Body​
Learn to recognize your body’s stress signals and what safety feels like again.

Week 2 11/16 — Releasing Survival Mode​
Gently unwind patterns of urgency, overgiving, and exhaustion.

Week 3 11/23 — Embodied Boundaries​
Practice saying no with calm, clarity, and self-trust. (Special Guest Facilitator, Roshini Cope aka @Glamazini)

Week 4 12/7 — Rest as Liberation​
Reclaim rest, softness, and pleasure as your birthright.
