A 4-Week Nervous System Healing Journey for Sensitive Black Women | Sundays at 2PM ET / 11AM PT | August 17 – September 7

If your body has been carrying tension, restlessness, or that constant feeling of being “on,” you’re not alone. Now it’s time to soothe the body that’s been bracing for impact.

Regulate to Reclaim is a 4-week healing journey designed for sensitive Black women who are ready to slow down, soothe their nervous systems, and finally feel safe in their own skin.

In this program, we’ll explore how patterns like urgency, overthinking, people-pleasing, and shutdown aren’t personal failings—they’re survival responses. You'll learn how to gently regulate your body, release that bracing-for-impact feeling, and rebuild a sense of calm, safety, and self-trust through softness, not force.

This space is for sensitive Black women who are ready to slow down, listen to their body’s wisdom, and build nervous system resilience—not through force, but through gentleness. Over four live 90-minute healing circles, we’ll blend somatic practices, reflection, and community care to restore a felt sense of safety. If your body still tenses at the sound of the inner critic, if rest feels unsafe, or if you long for calm but don’t know how to access it—this journey is for you.

Your sensitivity is not a liability. It’s an invitation to come home to yourself.
